At Track Gre2sur we invite you to discover the wildest side of the Tiétar River, you just have to book one of our kayaking routes and enjoy!

Our excursions have a initiation - medium level, so they are suitable for all audiences. We will go through small rapids, we will cross currents, trains of waves,... and, if you dare, we will take you to slipstreams, rapids and even areas of difficult access that you will only overcome if you carry the kayak. Ready?

Our main kayak outings, all of them led by an expert monitor, are 5:

• Pte. Buenaventura - Lanzahita: we travel 7.4 km in just 2 hours during which you will visit fine sand beaches and enjoy light currents. Perfect to start or practice with the family.

• Lanzahita - Pte. Ramacastañas: 3-hour descent in which we will face lively currents, sections of branches and rapids that alternate with calm waters. Its length is 8 km.

• Navalcán - Cola del Rosarito: 2-hour descent in which we take the opportunity to establish a first contact with the white waters. It is one of the most fun routes and is 7.5 km long.

• Hontanares - Cuevas del Águila: enjoy the rapids, the narrow passages between stones and the 2 dams that we will have to jump. 9 km of whitewater.

• Cuevas del Águila - Presa del Navalcán: the longest itinerary, 12 km that we cover for 4 hours in an almost virgin landscape. It has numerous rapids and water trains. Maximum fun!

We are in charge of providing you with the necessary material to carry out the activity as well as contracting the mandatory insurance. You just limit yourself to enjoying and having a great time.

For Track Gre2sur, a company dedicated to leisure and adventure sports, winter is a perfect excuse to get to know the wildest side of the mountains that surround us.

Sign up to see the Gredos mountain range and the Tiétar valley from another angle. We will travel the slopes, corridors and lagoons with the help of snowshoes, instruments that attach to our boots and that allow us to walk through the snow in an easy and light way.

We currently have 5 excursions that we do every winter whenever weather conditions allow us:

• Platform - Candeleda Summit: initiation route 8 km long. We will complete it in just 2 and a half hours.

• Platform - Morezón Summit: its difficulty is medium since we have to complete 12 km with a gradient of 690 meters in just 4 hours.

• Platform - Laguna Grande: 15 km of route in which we discover one of the most famous landscapes of Gredos. We have 4 and a half hours to complete this medium difficulty itinerary.

• Platform - Cuerda del Cuento: route aimed at users already started in this sport. Its length is 15 km and it has a gradient of 660 meters.

• El Cabezo, Tiétar valley, eastern massif: to carry out this route we depend on the amount of snow and the conditions in which it is found. Its difficulty is medium.

We will provide you with the material you need and, even if you do not have much experience in this type of activity, our monitors will help you complete it successfully.

At Track Gre2sur we know our surroundings very well, therefore, we have designed several MTB routes around the Tiétar valley and the Sierra de Gredos so that you can also enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes of the entire peninsula.

We will provide you with a bicycle taking into account your height and physical conditions and then we will proceed to equip you with a helmet and other necessary elements according to the route we are going to organize. Ourinstructor will be in charge of leading the group to guide you and set the pace.

We will take advantage of the old roads that connected the towns with each other, such as unused train tracks, cattle lines or merchants' roads to pedal. If you want, we can make stops to rest and take the opportunity to see some places of interest such as the La Adrada castle, the Casavieja winery,... there are many options!

In addition, we are pioneers in organizing routes on PETT, an electric scooter that can travel on all terrains and that allows us to travel long distances with hardly any physical exercise. It can be used by all audiences so it is an ideal instrument to enjoy an original family day.

At Track Gre2sur we are a leisure and adventure company located in the Tiétar Valley in which we have set ourselves the goal of introducing you to one of the most complete sports in the world: climbing.

We have organized some activities to provide you with introductory training to this sport and, in the process, allow you to reconnect with nature and forget the stress of the city for a few hours.

• Baptism of rock climbing: we have equipped the Barbacedo cliffs with routes, near the port of Mijares, so that you can learn to climb in a controlled and safe way, always supervised by our monitors. You will start climbing onTop Rope, with the rope from above, and then we will increase the difficulty as you complete the routes. We will provide you with all the necessary material, you just bring the desire and motivation.

• Ice climbing: Every winter we take advantage of the formation of the waterfalls of the Pozas River, located in the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park. We will use theTop Ropetechnique so that you can get used to the activity in the safest way. To advance you will have to use traction ice axes and crampons. If you learn quickly you can sign up for our specialization course, take advantage of the winter!

At Track Gre2sur we use our central position on the peninsula, with the activities center we have in Ávila, to select the ravines that are most attractive to those who want to try this activity. The main ones are:

• El Barranco de Arbillas: is located near the town of Arenas de San Pedro and presents the exact combination between the variety of obstacles and their accessibility so that it can be considered of a level between easy and medium. It will take us a little more than 4 hours.
• Las Cascadas de Gavilanes: which will take us to the top of Tietar for a descent between initiation and intermediate of the same duration as the previous one, which children from 12 years of age can access if they go with adults.< /li>
• Garganta de la Hoz: we will find it in Villanueva de la Vera and it will require us to spend around three-quarters of an hour walking to be able to start it. We will be rewarded by big jumps, rappels and slides for which it is better to have some experience. To tackle it completely we will spend 8 hours in its channel although you can do half the section.

• BTT routes: we will design an itinerary adapted to the average level of the group and we will take you to see some of the most beautiful towns in the area.

• Kayaking in calm waters: We will navigate in this transport to enjoy the environment from a different point of view. We can organize games and competitions to make the activity even more exciting.

• Canoeing: we will overcome rapids, wave trains and waterfalls either in an individual or two-seater canoe.

• Climbing: one of the most demanding experiences we offer. Your employees will have to overcome their fears and focus on reaching the top. A good way to evaluate your attitudes.

• Horseback riding routes: we will take an excursion around the surroundings on the back of our horses.

• Adventure park: we will prepare a special circuit for you so that you can overcome all the obstacles that you encounter in the shortest time possible.

• Snowshoes: if you visit us in winter you can't help but experience what it feels like to walk on the snow with snowshoes. You will be able to visit places inaccessible to many hikers.
