"Good route You do not have to do a lot of bicycle to do it. The fantastic guide, always attentive to everything and to the rhythm of the client. To improve the bikes a bit, they are simple with a wheel of 26 (decathlon brand) and there are sections of descent that with a slightly better bike, you would get more safety and speed in the descent, although to enjoy the mountain, its surroundings, its different layers ... it's very good. Recommendable."

Tips if you are going to do Mountain Biking in Spain

You may know this sport by its English abbreviation MTB, or off-road bicycle. It is ideal to go with family or friends since in most of the places you can rent a great diversity of these vehicles, either for children or electric. You will have options all levels, there are basic, advanced and professional descent bikes. Discover any point of our geography on wheels.

1. Exercise in the outdoors



The routes that can be enjoyed with a bike are endless. That’s why, we recommend you to choose the place first, and then to search for the medium of transportation. If you go to the mountain and want to make long routes there are sites that offer you assistance or if on the contrary you are going to cross the coast you will be able to stop in the different coastal towns to enjoy them to the Blue Summer. Going with a bicycle allows you to improvise, discover new places and get out of the marked paths.

2. There is no minimal or maximum age



There are sports with physical demand or age that can limit you, but to ride a bike can be done since the first years of life until old age. Also, cycling does not wear the joints as much as it can happen with other sports such as running, it is known by everyone that in the long run it may hurt your knees if you do not manage to cushion the tread well. On the other hand, if you want to make a bike route, you can do it with the whole family, with grandchildren and grandparents included.

3. Book a bike route and leave yours at home



Is really common that when we enjoy our holidays, especially if is in rural places and for a long period of time, manage the option of taking the bikes due to the long free time that there will be. But, a great inconvenience is to need to buy the supports for the car and the odyssey that this entails. Not to mention, not knowing the best route or routes in the area. So renting the bikes together with an instructor to guide you, can be a great solution, since many sites offer the possibility of routes for hours, days, even weeks.

4. Arrive at the door, beach or village with the bike



With a motorbike or car is possible that you need to look for a parking and even leave it far away from the place you want to go, due to traffic or parking restrictions. Well then, with the bike, you won’t have the problem, since you can leave it perfectly in the same place you are. That way, you won’t need to worry, and only will need to think in how fun the route will be.

5. Economy



To move with a bike is one of the most economical mediums of transportation since it moves with the energy you put into it. We can even say that is one the fastest urban vehicles and the public transportation have adapted to admit the bikes, since is one more sustainable way of transportation. A very important point to remember, is that, if you are going to enjoy this activity in a city, you need to look for the bicycle lines, this will help you to move safely. The town hall have designed and constructed for something, use them!

When to enjoy a MTB route?



Any season of the year is a good one to enjoy a bicycle route and meet new places. But also, is true that from Spring until Autumn they are seen more frequently, but Summer is the ideal one.
