Tips if you are going to do Multiadventure in Spain

The multi-adventure sports are so different with each other, that you would love to try each and one of them. This is the answer you need for those days in which you fancy little more than a contemplative walk through the forest, as for the moments in which you urgently need to feel the adrenaline rushing through your veins.

1. From the most relaxing to the wildest



Yes, both hiking to bungee jumping are under this category. Can you think of something more opposite? For those not so radicals, there still a great variety of options like horse riding routes throughout the shore of a river or putting the legs (we refer to those of the equine) in the sea. On land, archery and mountain bikes trips, or reach the tops of spectacular via ferratas or go climbing with your own legs and arms. You have a long list full of challenges that you can surpass one by one. The sensations are addictive and, by surpassing one, you won’t last long on trying the next one.

2. For the whole family



And when we say everyone, we even include the dog. There are trips in which you can take your lovable dog, it is only a question of adapting to the circumstances of those who accompany you. Whilst during a bungee jumping session, per example, 16 years is the minimum age established, other offers like caving includes small children.
