The canoes we have in La Espuela are designed so that you can enjoy this activity as a group. You can sail alone in a single-seater canoe, with a friend or a special person in a two-seater canoe or in a group with a three-seater canoe.

The descents are always done in groups and depending on your agility, they last more or less, although they are always around 2 hours. To practice this activity we will also go to the Rosarito reservoir strong>, a very fun place in Candeleda where you can enjoy a very good climate all year round.

The mountain bike routes cannot be done by those who only know how to ride a bicycle in a basic way. To come and explore the mountains and the Tiétar Valley by mountain bike, you must know how to move around on a bicycle and endure long-duration tours.

So that you can enjoy the day, we have routes of different lengths and routes so you can choose the one you like the most:

• 1 hour routes: if you want to come and cross the Tiétar Valley on the back of a totally docile horse, try this route for which you will not need to have ridden a horse before .

• 2-hour routes: to enjoy the Tiétar River area even more, take this excursion with us that you will love. It is advisable to have ridden a horse before, but if you have never done so you can also come ride with us.

• Half-day and full-day routes: if you like riding and discovering new places to visit, you should choose this excursion. We take you on an unforgettable tour in which you will connect with the horse like never before.

It doesn't matter what level the rider has, what matters most to us is that they have a good disposition to explore the most inaccessible places in the Tiétar Valley.

At the La Espuela Rural Tourism Center we organize a complete multi-adventure camp that in 2015 takes place between August 1 and 15. We divided our participants by their common ages. These will have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 17.

We detail the main information about our program:

- The environment that will welcome us: we will be in the Tiétar Valley, right in La Adrada, where the forests and natural water currents take center stage. This will allow us to develop outdoor activities.

- The facilities we will occupy: to sleep we will use wooden cabins, all located in a closed complex covered with common buildings for the collective services that we will provide to the participants. There are also areas for sports, among which the swimming pool and the area for horse riding stand out.

- The activities we will do: throughout the weeks that we will spend together we will have time to try all kinds of disciplines, from routes with our friendly horses, to circuits in the trees and related games and workshops in many occasions with the environment in which we operate.

- Which professionals will take care of us: our team is made up of a large group of experts in various subjects related to education, physical exercise and nature. Lifeguards, a nurse and lifeguards will also accompany us so that we are always safe on a daily basis.

La Espuela Rural Tourism Center English Camps is a company that offers camps aimed at children between 8 and 14 years old.

We will do different activities and you can take home a souvenir of your stay with us. In 2015, the days for which you can register will be from July 5 to 18, with a duration of two full weeks and 13 nights.

In our camp:

- We will sleep in perfectly equipped cabins so that we are comfortable and rest well each night, since each day will have been full of intense activities.

- All participants will be on a full board basis, which will cover everything from breakfast to dinner. In the afternoons, snacks will also be distributed.

- English will be very important for us and that is why we will schedule around two dozen lessons a week in classes that will not exceed 12 students. They will always be organized according to their ages and previous level in this language.

- The rest of the day will be dedicated to games and interesting dynamics in which the linguistic knowledge that we will learn will play an important role.
