Tips if you are going to do Climbing in Spain

Climbing, far from for being a tedious sport, like those who makes you to feel obliged to get out your house, is so fun and different each time you practice it, that to put on the sneakers to go to a some rockodromo or a natural rocky wall.

1. Incredible sensation in the highest

The experienced on climbing always are looking for that insuperable sensation. The more you ascend in the mountain, the better the views, the better your well-being and even more the impression that you have reached so high yourself.

But these places have an advantage that makes it, maybe, even better in comparison: you can practice whenever you want and without the need of waiting for a free day to go to the woods, and that without rain or strong winds will ruin your climbing session.

4. Excellent to burn calories (you will go against of gravity)



Normally, people thinks that the only way to burn calories is in a gym for long hours, but no way, jose.

Because climbing is an excellent way to maintain a good shape and conserve a great physical condition. Keep in mind that you work with all the weight of your body and against gravity, so you are working more musculature at the same time as in many other sports more practiced.
