You will live a unique day in the company of our professional instructors, who will accompany you throughout the journey and help you in any way they can. If you do not have any experience with canyoning, you will have the option of accessing our training courses, where you will learn everything you need to become a descending ace:

• Initiation courses: they last about 2 days and train you to perform basic descents.
• Improvement courses: they are two intense days in which you will have to overcome large ravines.
• Self-rescue and safety courses: ideal for those who want to go beyond canyoning. They last about 2 or 3 days.
• Living water and first aid courses: for those who love aquatic ravines, lasting about 2 days.

But the courses will not be the only thing you can access, since you will have a whole range of canyoning activities with different descents and levels so that you can enjoy the best routes , with rappels, slides and jumps in the middle of nature.

Furthermore, as it has a great variety of ravines, it will be the ideal activity to come with the whole family, so don't think twice.

Go ahead and practice rafting down one of the most exciting rivers in Vigo thanks to Turac Aventura, and you will enjoy the most wonderful landscapes in the area . To venture into this activity, the ideal is for the river to be mighty, which is why one of our favorite rivers is the Miño, which is also full of beauty.

Get on our inflatable boats and head for the fun, where each and every one of you can participate by rowing down the river. You can choose the route, between a calmer path or whitewater, where there will be much more movement and more excitement! Although, yes, a little more experience is recommended for those who want to make this descent.

In our private boats you can go groups of up to 8 people, so it is ideal for you all to get together and cheer up and take the occasional dip. But you will also be accompanied by a professional monitor/guide, to show you the way to follow.

This adventure sport consists of descending a river lying on a inflatable board or sled that floats, with a neoprene suit and a protective helmet, while the current pushes you down the river without having to make any effort other than a small push with some fins. It will be the most innovative way to surf!

Of course, to carry out this activity, a river with a sufficient flow will be necessary, since the board must not touch the ground at any time. But at all times you will go alone with your water sled, so you will be totally free to direct your activity, although there are different levels so you can choose the one that best suits you.

As you will be in full contact with the water, you will have to be careful and bring a change of clothes, lest you get sick for not taking sufficient precautions.

There is nothing better to feel the adrenaline and excitement than to admire beautiful landscapes from above and to be able to jump towards them.
