To begin, we will take you to the parish of Cequeliños where the descent to Arbo begins. There a qualified monitor will give you the material and explain to you what the exercise consists of and what are the safety rules that you must follow to avoid any mishaps. There is the possibility that you can carry out your great adventure in the morning or in the afternoon, the first leaves at 10 a.m. and the second at 4 p.m., you decide. Finally, remember to come with closed shoes, no flip flops! It is also good that you bring a swimsuit and dry clothes and a thermal shirt.
