The experience begins around 10:00 in the morning, at which time we will give you the necessary equipment for the activity (helmet, neoprene, harness, etc.) You will only have to come with a thermal shirt and make sure you put on the hiking or sports boots with the best soles that you have.
Before starting the route, the teacher will remind you of the route, the sports techniques and basic safety tips. Then the adrenaline begins to flow. You will do 11 chain-type rappels, routes along handrails and aerial headers. And, to top it off, jumps into pools up to 12 meters high.
