We offer you canoe tours through the waters of the Lleida Pyrenees in the company of one of our instructors who will direct you downstream, learning how to handle the boat effectively.

To get on a canoe you only have to be over 12 years old, and you can navigate both rivers and lakes.

We have routes in:

• The Garona River, you can enjoy the views of the Arán Valley, very close to Viella.

• Escales Reservoir, which is located in the Pont de Suert.

We carry out courses to master canoes adapted to each level. All these courses take place on the Garonne River:

• Initiation course: Calm waters without waves with little current. Duration of 2 and a half hours. At least 2 people are required. Perfect for those who want to know the world of canoes and get started in this fun sport.

• Improvement course: Practice in slalom areas and with rapids that lasts 3 days, 2 and a half hours per day. A fantastic course to learn a little more about canoeing and perfect your technique.

To canoe it is necessary to know how to swim, we will provide the material composed of the neoprene suit, helmet and paddles.

The kayak ride and descent is an activity that you can come to do in the Pyrenees of Lleida in the Aran Valley, where we take tours through the waters of the Garona River as well as We teach classes to learn to row and handle the boat.

The magnificent view you will have of the towering mountains of the Pyrenees is a great incentive for you to come and try kayaking here.

We have 9 kilometer routes from the town of Lès that last 1 hour and a little more from their beginning. We will find areas of fast water and jumps and other more peaceful ones for relaxing sailing.

The courses are divided into:

• Initiation courses. Areas of calm water without waves to learn without surprises.

• Training courses. Fast areas with jumps and slalom practices.

Kayaks are equipped with a double-bladed paddle to direct the boat and propel yourself. It is essential to use a neoprene suit as well as the helmet that will be provided and some booties.

Our specialized guides will be at your disposal at all times and will help you maintain stability in the kayak.

Canyoning in the Pyrenees is a delight with completely spectacular routes dotted with rappelling sections and descents along walls and aquatic areas where you will have to swim.

The deep Pyrenean valleys provide very long and complete ravines, with high mountain rivers that guarantee strong emotions throughout the canyoning day.

You can experience and descend the Pyrenean ravines of:

• Aran Valley, Bausen River. Especially indicated for those who want to start canyoning. We will find a lot of vegetation and water on our journey. Children from 9 years old can come to do it. It is 1 hour and a half long.

• Arlos, French Pyrenees. Also very suitable for the little ones, from 4-5 years old with a route of 1 hour and a half.

• Gorges d'oo, French Pyrenees. Medium level ravine with 45 minutes of approach and 1 and a half hours of descent, between rappels and a lot of water.

• Viu de Transporteta, Alta Ribagorça. Easy-medium level. Long canyon of 2 and a half hours with rappels of less than 10 meters.

• Barbarruens, Bonansa, Lleida. The most technical of all, with many aquatic areas with beds and ledges in which to make jumps and go down slides. It is 3 and a half hours long.

All ravines will be attacked with the essential equipment for canyoning such as a neoprene suit, protective helmet or harness.

The rafting descent is ideal to do in groups, in groups of 6 to 8 passengers, who will have to fight against the force of the water while maintaining the stability of the pneumatic raft in which they travel. The Garonne River in the Arán Valley is a perfect area to get on the raft and go down the river, enjoying unbeatable views.

You will be able to choose between two different sections depending on the area of the river where we begin the descent:

• Las Bordas-Bossost: 8 km long section with 1 hour and a half descent.

• Les-Pont de Rei: This section consists of 9 km, calmer than the previous one, lasting one hour and ten minutes.

Before going out into the water and beginning the journey, a qualified instructor will give you a short informative talk as a theoretical class in which he will talk to you about how the raft works and tell you about the challenges you will have to face on the Garonne River.< /p>

This sport requires certain safety measures, so it will be essential for each participant to put on the wetsuit, helmet and booties provided by the instructors.

The craziest way to descend a river is by getting on a hydrospeed or water sled in which you will surf the fast waters of the Garonne River in the Arán Valley in Lleida.< /p>

You will reach high speeds and be able to do a multitude of pirouettes and twists while lying on the board and steering with small fins incorporated into your feet.

We will give you a short course before the descent so that you acquire some knowledge that will be very useful when undertaking the frenetic descent. It will be a small theoretical class focused on those who have never practiced hydrospeed.

Two sections to hydrospeed:

• Les section: 9 kilometers long and 1 hour and a half long. The areas of waves and rapids and jumps will follow each other with calmer ones.

• Camping Forcanada-Bossost: The section before Les is covered, of similar length and duration.

Before starting the activity, one of our instructors will provide you with all the necessary material to do hydrospeed, you must wear a wetsuit, fins and a vest. At the end of the activity, the material used is returned.

Sport climbing is gaining more and more followers as an alternative to classic mountain climbing. In the Arán Valley you can find several points where you can practice this modality surrounded by the majestic Pyrenean massifs.

The climbing areas are close to our base in Vielha, between 15 and 30 minutes just to get there.

We divide the climbs into two levels:

• For beginners: To take the first steps in sport climbing or if you have little previous experience. They are routes without great difficulty and short distance.

• Improvement: These involve a more careful technique put into practice on numerous occasions.

The 2 places where we practice climbing are:

• Fronsanc Rock: This enclave has wall areas for levels ranging from III (affordable) to VI (complicated). Lengths vary between 10 and 35 meters.

• Roca Lunchón: Up to 20 routes to undertake ranging from grade III to VI, with sections almost 40 meters long.

The guides will be in charge of giving you the essential climbing equipment in addition to following you throughout the activity so that you develop it correctly.

• Les Shooting Range. Located in the Camping de Les, we will enjoy a privileged location to practice this sport, with large spaces and the possibility of resting on the terrace - bar of the campsite.
