We want you to come and practice canyoning and descend an incredible canyon that crosses the Arán Valley. You will have to be very agile and go around different obstacles that will appear during the course of the river that we will follow.

The difficulty not only varies depending on the section of the ravine but also depends on the strength of the water. You will cross a dry area and also an aquatic part and you can choose which one you want to spend more time in.

The initiation ravine is designed for those who have no experience and will be very simple. If you are looking for something more special, you should not choose this very basic level since we also have other more advanced options that will allow you to enjoy much more. Children over 11 years old can come to practice canyoning and we have not put a maximum age since if you have good resistance, you will be able to travel the ravine with us without any problem

The groups are small and we will be attentive to you to teach you how to handle all the materials. You will also need a swimsuit and sports shoes that can get wet and that will allow you to move on land.

We have prepared the most fun sport among the waters of the rivers of the Pyrenees with the collaboration of the entire team that makes up Exciting Pyrenees. We will embark you with our skill on an inflatable raft to cross the rapids and currents while you try to control it.

The most important thing about rafting is working as a team since you will go with six or eight other crew members. Your raft companions will be your own friends and a guide who will help you ensure that the boat does not capsize or get stuck on the shore.

You can raft in two different rivers:

• Garnora River: Although it is a very powerful river, it is not as strong as others and you can enjoy the activity with children from the age of 6.

• Noguera Pallaresa River: it is the best river if you want to live a wild adventure. The shortest route we take through its waters is 16 kilometers and, if you dare, you can make a descent of up to 25 kilometers of white water.

We pass over Aneto and Molières looking to surprise all the crew members who come aboard the helicopter. The take-off point will be the Aran Valley and to have a private flight you must be 5 people.

At Exciting Pyrenees we use snowshoes to travel hundreds of flat paths where you will get incredible sensations. We will walk through valleys and forest tracks looking for an experience of connection with nature that allows us to enjoy the snow in an intense way.

On each excursion you will be accompanied by a guide who will also explain the areas you are passing through. To get to the starting point of the routes we will use different transportation such as cars and even by helicopter on a special ride.

The snowshoe itineraries are half-day, so we can reach places somewhat far from the ski slopes. A place we love to take different groups to are the frozen lakes, although in order to participate in this excursion you must have a minimum level.

We will be able to pass through places such as the Aigües Tortes i Sant Maurici National Park, Montgarri or Val de Ruda. But our routes can also cover Baciver, Val de Horno, Val Molieres and Conangles. Depending on the snow conditions and the physical shape of the participants, we will do one route or another.

We guide you through all the corners of the Arán Valley trying to ensure that you are enchanted by the landscapes you will pass through. In the hiking activity you not only walk through nature, you explore and discover a new place, completely getting into the strongest emotions by being immersed in such a beautiful environment.

The routes we take last an average of 3 hours. It always depends on the group and the stamina of the participants, but it is never usually more than half a day. We will go on excursions through the different surrounding towns oncircular itineraries that arrive and depart from Vielha.

Another option is to go to Lac de Restanca from the Rius Bridge or to explore the banks of the Garonne River from the municipality of Gessa . There is much more to see in this area such as the Carlac beech forest or the fantastic Estanh de Cauilha where nature appears in its purest form.

The more athletic ones can do other more complex hiking modalities such as trekking and ascents to the peaks in the area. Ask us for more information if you need it and enjoy a great experience with us.

Among the many options you can do in the Aran Valley, we suggest you come and try the most fun Via Ferratas. They are simple routes but also very exciting because you will find vertical sections with which to use climbing techniques.

We have chosentwo routes in the Aran Valley:

• Via Ferrata Les: It is the simplest and will take you about an hour and a half to complete. We will go there to get one of the best views of the valley. You will need a helmet and a harness that we will leave with you and we will explain how to put it on before arriving at the starting point.

• Via Ferrata Pont de Suert: it is a little more complicated than the previous one but not too much. The duration is 1 hour and 40 minutes in which you will go through very exciting areas. If you are looking for a route that can provide you with strong sensations in a simple way, this is the ideal one.

To go to these via ferratas it is normal that you go with one of our guides. However, we also have an option for the most professionals who do not need to be accompanied by an instructor, which is to rent only the material.

The Aran Valley is a unique place where you can practice mountain biking, obtaining strong sensations that will make you feel so good that you will never want to get off the bike.

In the valley there are very appropriate paths for cycling and also other possibilities such as forest roads that have been adapted for pedaling. Among all these options we will find something that adapts to your level and you can ride the mountain bike being a professional or simply someone who likes to ride MTB everywhere.

On the excursions we do, you will not only be accompanied by a guide, a vehicle will also be nearby in case it is necessary to provide assistance to you or the bicycle. The people who will accompany you will have great knowledge about the bicycle and the areas you will pass through, so you can ask them any questions during the activity.

• Visit the Romanesque towns: in this area of Lleida there are a large number of Romanesque examples. The architecture of the churches and houses of these towns is exceptional and you can enjoy them if you come in groups of at least 12 people. The maximum number is 45 participants who we will be able to attend to in different languages.

• Visit the Beret: On this route you will discover the remains of the Bronze Age that still remain in the region. We will pass through Pla del Beret to find sites and you will discover what life was like in ancient times.

In addition to visits to different towns and places, we will also suggest visiting museums and exhibitions in the area.

With Exciting Pyrenees you will fly over the most important natural mountain areas in the province of Lleida. To do this, our professional pilot takes control of a small plane for a period of 30 minutes.

The experience starts from the city of Vielha as a point of greatest accessibility for the visitor, although the take-off will take place in Luchon. The organization is as follows:

- We will meet in Vielha before 9 a.m. to board a Multivan van that will take us comfortably to the starting point of the flight. The return time is scheduled around 1 pm.

- We arrived in Luchon to board a small plane with a capacity of 3 seats, which gives the possibility of sharing the flight with other people at the same time, sharing impressions in the air. We will prepare ourselves and begin the journey to the heights.

- We will leave below us the peaks of the area, among which are various lakes such as Lac d'Ô. We will see points as recognizable as Aneto and Maladetas. We will pass through Peyreagude or Coth Baretja among others.
