At Alta Ruta we want you to experience the most intense way of feeling the rapids of Noguera Pallaresa, which we will achieve through hydrospeed.

In this sport you face the riverbed alone in asingle-seater water sled. You will have to lie on it facing the water, holding it with both hands. You can help yourself change direction with the legs that you will have completely in the river.

It is not a complicated discipline but in it we are more exposed to the irregularities of the route, which is why we recommend that you have previously practiced some other activity on the same section. It is also convenient for you to know:

- You will not be alone, it is practiced in groups accompanied by two instructors, one to stand in front of the participants and the other to close the expedition.

- Depending on your endurance on the board and what physical condition you are in, you can choose between sections of 8, 6 and 14 kilometers, distributed between the towns of Llavorsí, Gulleri and Rialp.

To hydrospeed you must be 18 years old and not be afraid of water, in addition to knowing how to swim.

At Alta Ruta Aventura we prepare you for climbing by helping you acquire the knowledge that will allow you to practice it independently since it is a sport in which you will depend directly on your strength and physical abilities.

It is enough that you are more than 10 years old for a first contact. You have our half-day outings in which we will test on a natural wall. To continue learning you can choose between:

- Level 1 Climbing: taught over two weekends or 5 days in which we will begin to learn about the characteristics of the material and the fundamentals of vertical progression.

- Level 2 climbing: program divided into 5 days, with 17 hours dedicated to theory and 3 more hours to practice. In this second level we will address the multi-pitch routes.

At most we will work in groups of 4 students for each monitor with the aim of closely monitoring your progress.

In Rural Adventure Horse Routes we leave from our activity center located in Sort to get to know the Lleida region while we enjoy the experience of interacting with these animals.

We recommend that you choose our horses for:

- We only work with animals that receive exquisite care. This way we ensure that they present the best psychological and physical conditions to adapt to any participant with peace of mind.

- You can ride with us if you are an adult and, in the case of children, from 10 years old. If you want to come as a family with children under this age, we will give them a ride on a pony without leaving the facilities for their safety.

- We recommend the 1 hour and 30 minute excursion, sufficient especially if this will be your first time. Even so, we have more options of 1, 2 hours or half a day.

- A large part of the routes run parallel to the river so that you get the best of the landscapes in which we find ourselves.

If you come to Noguera Pallaresa it is essential that you try rafting and with Alta Ruta Aventura you have the ideal option to do so.

This river is characterized by the fury of its waters and its flowing route in the warmest times of the year. That is why it is perfect for us to get on an inflatable boat in search of the emotions produced by its rapids and white waters.

Each raft has capacity for 8 participants, each one equipped with a wetsuit and a paddle with which to help the boat negotiate the most intense sections of the river. Depending on the desired complexity, the routes are:

- Between Llavorsí and Rialp: for adults and young people from 14 years old. Such is the speed that the waters reach that we can complete its 14 km in just half an hour.

- From Baro to Collegats: 14 km of waterfalls in which we change the destination locations.

- From Llavorsí to Collegats: the most extreme with 35 km in length, only for the most daring.

- From Llavorsí to Moleta: the only case that allows children from 10 years old to participate, always accompanied by adults and as long as they know how to swim.

From Alta Ruta Aventura we propose a visit to the largest vertical forest in the Pallars Sobirà region. It is the perfect combination between an activity park and nature due to the environment it occupies, and its location next to the Torrassa reservoir.

The facilities, which far exceed fifty tests, are designed to accommodate all ages and types of visitors, whether they come individually or as part of a group. It is organized as follows:

- Green circuit, the simplest: children from 3 to 8 years old can travel it since in no case does it exceed one meter in height. It takes just over 1 hour to complete.

- Blue circuit 1, from 8 years old: its height rising to 4 meters at its highest point, without dropping below 2 meters. Passing all of its tests usually takes an average of 90 minutes.

- Blue Circuit 2: with the same general characteristics as the previous one, it is made up of more challenges than its predecessor, up to a total of 17.

- Red circuit: suitable for those who have reached the age of 12 and those whose height exceeds 150 cm. Before moving on to this, the most complex, we will need to have completed the blue ones in preparation. It has spectacular zip lines that exceed 300 meters and heights that reach 8 meters.

At Alta Ruta Aventura we have proposed the snowshoe excursions that you will like the most because the whole family has a place in them, even the little ones from 8 years old.

Although it is true that we will have to stick to the state of the weather to take the itinerary for granted, these are the main ones that we propose:

- Snowshoe route through the Mata de Valéncia d’Àneu: half a day of expedition during which you will discover the main fir forest in this part of the European continent. It is at the beginning of the Aigüestortes and Sant Maurici National Park and will put before you a fairy-tale setting within a grove in its purest form with specimens that exceed 15 meters in height. We will leave from Gerdar, where a refuge is located, towards the waterfall of the same name.

- Walk through the Espot ski resort: on this occasion you will get to know the only one of the Pyrenean resorts that is located next to a National Park, which will give you an idea of the spectacular landscapes that we will find.

- Adventure with snowshoes at 2000 meters of altitude: also from the limits of the Espot slopes, we will do an excursion for which we will need to climb the La Roca 1,500 chairlift. Once we get down we will embark on an excursion that will take us to the wonderful viewpoint that is the Creu de l’Eixol hill.
