If you haven't ridden a bike in a while, we suggest you take this MTB route along the Senda del Oso and return to that old love of cycling here. You can enjoy an impressive natural space in Asturias, and relax in the peace that is breathed in its lush forests.

It is a very easy route, which only consists of descending, with hardly any pedaling. From Buyera, where we will provide you with the bicycle and a safety helmet, we will leave in a transport to go to Teverga, in the high area to descend the path.

We will give you a map of the area so that you know the possible itineraries that you can take, and in case any mishap occurs you will have a helpline at your disposal.

In total, it will last between 3 and 4 hours, but you can continue riding your bike around the area until closing time. It is an ideal plan to do with the children as a family, or if you haven't cycled for a while and you want to get back into it.
