With Montsport you will see with your own eyes the fantastic mountain environment that Tarragona hides in the interior of the province. We move through the Ports of Tortosa and Beceite Natural Park, a place that is home to some unique mountain ranges and paths between forests and rivers that are very useful for spending a day in the mountains.
There are three activities we carry out atMontsport:
- Canyoning: We will go down the Riu Glorieta with beautiful caves, slides, badinas and torrents of water that will leave us amazed. The rappels reach 15 meters in length.
- Bike routes: We take advantage of the old railway tracks that exist through the Park and that are now green routes to pedal smoothly and without major beatings. We rent you the MTB and you put your legs.
- Hiking: If your thing is to walk and wander through nature, you have found the right place because we have easy and medium-level trekking routes through the Park. We will reach the most interesting and attractive points of this environment.
- Orientation circuit: consists of passing through different points marked on a map against the clock. The activity takes place in the middle of the Ports Natural Park, a beautiful place full of pine and oak forest. In addition to walking and strolling in the middle of nature, you learn to orient yourself in it.
For school and business groups we have special plans for any of our activities.

Montsport Canyoning offers you the possibility of enjoying a unique experience descending the most exciting ravines in Tarragona.
We will take you through the Ports Natural Park, where during the tour of approximately half a day, you will find slides, jumps, siphons, pools in which to swim...
It is one of the most complete ravines you can find, as there is also an underground area that will allow you to delve into the depths of Canaletes like you would never have imagined before.
What will be necessary for you to practice this sport? Just that you know how to swim, we will take care of the rest. In addition, we will not only provide you with the material you will need to carry out the activity, but we will also make a photographic report so that you can have a nice memory of this exciting adventure.
Enjoy the mountains like you've never done before and learn everything you need to know about this sport from our experienced guides. In addition, during the tour they will have to give you the relevant explanations about the material or techniques to be used such as rappelling.
We will provide you with the material you will need for the descent, including the booties and, as could not be expected, the corresponding insurance.
Bring a swimsuit, a towel and change of clothes so you can put on something dry when you finish the activity. Sun protection cream is also important, especially if you come in summer!

Likewise, choosing the route that you like the most is within reach:
- Horta de Sant Joan - Pinell route: where you will enjoy landscapes along 20 kilometers.
- Horta de Sant Joan - Xerta route: in which you will ride a mountain bike for 34 beautiful kilometers.
Throughout the route you will be able to enjoy a descending slope, so you will be able to spend a very pleasant day living moments on a mountain bike. In addition, you can enjoy a pick-up service where we will pick you up at the station you tell us and we will take you to the departure point.

A beautiful place, there are a kind of natural rooms, with huge stones that seem to hold together by magic and when the sun's rays come in, it looks wonderful, a dream landscape.
The instructor, Marc, in our case, gave us a lot of security and that way we were able to enjoy the entire activity without any worries. Also, for me, who is not in shape at all, it helped me a lot, both on the way there and on the way back.

The course was not too difficult and did not require many physical challenges. The jumps and slides were great fun and we even had to dive a bit to continue through a cave!
Our guide was very welcoming and patient and made sure everyone safely got through. During the trip foto's were made and these were shared when we returned which is a really nice extra.
