Go down one of the mountains offered by SoloMonte Rappel. An experience that adds fun, adventure and excitement to the Pyrenees.

In our company we can carry out the descent in the way the climber wants. However, our technique consists of descending on vertical terrain through small jumps backwards as if walking backwards. Your feet will be supported at all times on the rock of the mountain. If there is a collapse, you will rappel as if you were riding.

In this sport you will descend down a wall with the help of our equipment in good condition. We offer you ropes, carabiners, helmet, safety rope, harness and eight. The duration of the activity would be three hours.

Our qualified instructors will not take any risks and will supervise you at all times so that you can be sure that everything is going well. All of them are instructors from the Spanish High Mountain School and High Mountain Guides.

You can combine this activity with another in one of our multi-adventure circuits that also include Tibetan bridge and climbing. A full four-hour day in which all ages can participate and the level will be basic.

At Solomonte Caving Experiences, our goal is to open the doors of this beautiful activity to you.

Therefore, you do not need to have ever practiced it, since we will give you all the basic notions, and we will move through an initiation section.

As the entire area is a limestone massif, there are many caves that can be explored.

We will give you all the material you need (wetsuit, helmet, flashlight and, if necessary, 4x4 transportation). What you should bring is a swimsuit, a towel, and shoes that can get wet.

Of course, a qualified technician will accompany you throughout the activity.

Remember that the recommended time for caving is from March to November.
