- Guided tours in which we will make you take precise notes of what the way of life is like in the area and get to know historical places, among which the Castell de Sant Jordi D'Alfama stands out.
Summary Mountain Biking
We usually organize routes and excursions in which the objective, in addition to exercising with our favorite sport, is to get to know the place where we are located in a little more detail. The one that seems most notable to us and that is why we consider that you cannot miss it, is the itinerary that takes us to the bunkers that were used during the Civil War, in an activity that:
- It will take us around 2 and a half hours and is valid for both children and adults. We will begin with a mountain walk during which we will see forest on both sides of the road until we reach our destination.
- Once we have reached these buildings, we will enter to get to know them in depth, to which end the explanations of specialized personnel will be added.
To further complete the excursion, we always include photographs so that you get a complete report and we will all have an aperitif together.

At Mar Natura we know so well what possibilities sea kayaks offer us, that we have put together a catalog with different possibilities to navigate, at different times of the day, through L'Ametlla de Mar and its surroundings.
These types of excursions have practically no age limit. On the same boats you can travel alone, with someone else or even with two other people. If we take very small children, putting them in the center of the kayak, between two adults, will be more than enough.
Once we are all prepared and distributed in our boats, it is time to choose where we want to head:
- Kayak excursions with snorkel: these are those in which we carry material to submerge beneath the sea surface and peer into the life that awaits us there. We can do it during the one that takes us to the Cova del Llop Marí or Les Coves Submarines.

The site is easy to get to and there was good treatment from the workers. They have lockers to leave backpacks, which is appreciated. The only thing is that if you want to spend the day on the beach afterwards, it is small and you may have to go to another one. -
