• Barranco Bermejo. Despite being a small ravine, you will enjoy an intense journey during a day in the heart of the Granada mountain range. It is not very difficult, so rappelling, waterfalls or slides are within everyone's reach.

• Lentejí River. This route offers a variety of different techniques, such as rappels, jumps, pools... It lasts a long day, although food is not included (it is advisable to bring nuts, chocolate...).

• Canyon descent in the Almanchares River. With this activity you will be able to discover La Maroma, on the highest peak in Malaga. It is the most popular ravine for all those who want to practice this activity, with a medium-low difficulty.

In all the ravines the necessary material and mountain guides are included. You will have to bring a swimsuit, something to snack on, water, sports shoes that can get wet, a towel and sunscreen.

Learn to climb with Discover Southern Guides on one of our excursions through the peaks of Malaga. One of the most suitable points to start is in the Valle de Abdalajís which is in the southern part, taking the Antequera Region as a reference. It is also close to the Guadalhorce Valley, framing us in some of the best landscapes in the province.

We have chosen a rock wall that is quite vertical but ideal for initiation. Novice climbers will find cracks in the mountain and ledges throughout the route that function almost like natural dams. This way you will have the opportunity to use your arms and legs to hold on to these important support points.

To climb we will separate you into pairs. The objective is that one of you is climbing and the second participant remains holding the rope that secures the climber from the ground. In a second turn you will give each other the position so that all members of the group have the opportunity to climb your first meters. The modality that you will learn in this session corresponds to sport climbing.

- The Hacho de Gaucín ferrata: it is located in the Serranía de Ronda and is a difficult section classified by experts in this activity as a K3. However, it will reward us with magnificent views of the surroundings after the point of greatest effort which is located at the halfway point of this route. If you dare with it, we will tell you how to overcome it and you will have no problem achieving it.

- Ferrata de Cueva Horá: it is located in the Sierra Gorda de Loja, which already belongs to the province of Granada and represents a good option for a first contact with this modality. We will dedicate around 2 and a half hours for a route that is below 1000 meters. You will love the variety of obstacles that it will present to us with a suspension bridge and even a zip line in steps that we will do moving vertically and horizontally. For all this, it is a ferrata that is as comfortable as it is complete.
