Our courses are about:
- Climbing: to get started in this sport or to perfect your technique. We have different levels to adapt to your own level.

These two sports can also be done occasionally during our field trips and we also organize outings around these activities:
- Via ferratas: tour through tortuous areas of the countryside that are easy to overcome thanks to the tools that man created in these areas to be able to do it easily. Staples, hanging bridges, steel ropes, and all kinds of tools that will help us along the way.
- Caving: discover the wonders hidden in underground caves and live the experience of spending an afternoon underground.
-Hiking: we have several itineraries from which you can choose the one that best suits your preferences, although we also give you the possibility of creating the route you want to walk yourself. . Our guides will adapt to all your needs.
Summary Canyoning
Come with Sport Mountain to do the activity known as canyoning. An exciting sport that consists of descending a river ravine. You will go through completely different areas that will test your perseverance and your strength and skill in overcoming obstacles. Some sections will be dry, others with abundant water, others full of exotic flora, etc.
We are in Málaga, an ideal place to carry out this activity throughout the year, since the climate is normally warm most of the year. Here we find canyoned itineraries as interesting as the Tajo de Ronda or Jorox.

We have 6 types of caves for the outing to be chosen by the participating group:
- Las Excentrics Cave: this cave will leave you speechless due to its incredible beauty.
- Fuensanta Cave: delight in the stalagmites of this underground formation.
- Cueva Hundidero Gato: in it you will find different water formations such as lakes, siphons, etc. among which to explore the treasures hidden on the surface.
- Cueva de Los Órganos: one of the longest underground passages in which you will discover different drawings and engravings made by humans many centuries ago.
- Gato Sala de Las Dunas: this room near the Gato cave has a wide variety of lakes and slopes that you should avoid.
- Cueva del Susto: you will contemplate a lake of crystalline waters that flows into a beautiful stream.

Summary Via Ferrata
At Sport Mountain we organize excursions with the aim of taking a via ferrata route. This consists of walking through areas with different slopes or obstacles that can be crossed without needing to know about climbing or possessing very great physical strength.
Via ferratas have a set of tools that make traveling this type of itinerary easier. In the mountains we can find: steel cables, inserted staples, hanging bridges that take you from one peak to another, etc. Everything so that the person passing by there does not have difficulties when continuing on their way.
Even so, we carry out this activity as safely as possible and we provide you with a harness with an energy absorber, a protective helmet and carabiners created specifically for via ferrata, to prevent possible slips.
The entire activity will be guided by an expert monitor who will show you the route and will be attentive to the group to prevent possible inconveniences.

Sport Mountain provides, with absolute dedication to its users, the most original activities to do outdoors. We love to use our own natural environment, without damaging it, to do some type of sport or exercise different from classic sports such as football or basketball.
Our center offers a range of sports quite different from those mentioned above. In our efforts to give you the options that give you the most unique sensations, we offer you, once again, one that provides such an adrenaline rush that we assure that no other activity will be able to give you anything like it.
This is a modality suitable only for the bravest and hardly requires any requirements. Simply, for safety the maximum weight allowed to carry out this activity is 100 kg.
If you want to discover what it is like to notice that you are falling into the void and want to feel completely alive, this is your activity.
Our monitors will be with you throughout the activity making sure that nothing can happen to you.

Summary High Ropes
At Sport Mountain we will wait for you at the Zip Lines of the Blue Village, as the town of Júzcar is known in Malaga, to climb the magnificent zip lines that cross the town. This town is located in the Genal Valley, within the Serranía de Ronda region.
You will find two zip lines that have been installed outdoors crossing this charming urban center from above.
The zip line El Salto del Villano, located at the top of the town, measures 200 meters in length and will allow you to soar to great views of the blue-painted houses. El Salto del Gran Villano with a route of 110 meters, located in the lower part of the town, will not leave you indifferent either.
This activity can be enjoyed by boys and girls from 5 years old, with a minimum height of 1.15 centimeters. Adults must not exceed 100 kg in weight and 1.95 in height.
The qualified instructors will be in charge of helping, supervising and accompanying the activity, making it a fun and safe adventure. We use top quality safety material.
