Girona Adventure encourages you to experience the excitement of canyoning. It is a group activity in which camaraderie and cooperation among participants is encouraged. You will travel inside the bed of a river, following its course through the rock formations resulting from the passage of time, and you will slide down the natural slides that the water has pierced in the mountain.

To overcome this challenge, you will have to master different techniques: you will jump, swim, walk, slide and descend with the help of ropes. Our technical team will take care of security so that each member of the group reaches the goal successfully. You will find places that you will not be able to reach without the collaboration of your companions, while in others you will have to use your own strength and desire to improve.

In addition to experiencing new sensations, you will learn countless details about the species of animals and plants present along the way.

We ensure fun at all levels for which we have prepared different expeditions: initiation, improvement and expert. In each of them there are several ravines so you can repeat the experience without making the same trip.

Groups are made up of a maximum of 8 or 10 people, depending on the destination, to guarantee personal attention.

A comfortable way to start climbing is the via ferrata. In this discipline you follow a route established by the rock, combining vertical and horizontal sections, in which you will have supports such as chains, handrails, dams, staples or hanging bridges. This way we reach places that we can reach in another way. Safety is present thanks to a steel cable installed throughout the road, in which we are self-belaying at all times.

Girona Vía Ferrata Adventure will provide you with all the necessary material. The equipment is approved by the EEC and the UIAA (double anchor rope with energy dissipator, harness, helmet), qualified guide, all-day photographic report, civil liability and accident insurance, in accordance with current law and a cold drink at the end of the activity.

The via ferratas that we propose are:

-Medium Level, Cala del Molí: a wonderful seafront tour, there is no other like it! in Sant Feliu de Guixols.

- Advanced Level, Baumes Corcades: it is in Centelles and you will love it for its Nepalese bridge, the longest in the country at almost 70 meters.

Any of the activities we take care of at Aventura Girona can be adapted to a bachelor party to make it much more attractive and exciting. In groups, we will meet under the command of our guides, all with their approved qualifications so that you have the guarantee that they will know how to act to prevent anything from happening to you. With them we can:

- Descend a ravine: if you decide to go down a canyon, take advantage and don't tell the boyfriend (or girlfriend). It will be a nice surprise to walk to the beginning of the descent and think about all the natural obstacles that await you.

- Do water trekking: here we make sure that absolutely everyone is prepared for this adventure since we continue enjoying the ravine but without rappelling sections. We will not use ropes to overcome heights.

- Participate in an orientation game: it will be fun to challenge each other to see who can orient themselves better with a map. It is not simple because we will be in the forest, but it will be easy with our instructions, and also useful for your field trips.

Girona Rappel Adventure proposes you to practice this discipline with its professionals accredited by the Catalan High Mountain School.

In addition, the company's experience is endorsed as an active member of the Spanish Association of Mountain Guides. The training in question is provided together with the University of Girona.

We will alwaystake into account your level and conditions when adapting the experience. You will learn in controlled groups with a minimum of 4 members and never exceeding 10 to guarantee personalized attention.

We will teach you to:

- Identify the different types of rappels and their risks to descend safely.

- Make use of the equipment and material, both personally and as a whole, correctly.

- Adapt the rappelling technique to the characteristics of the environment in which we find ourselves.

- Rehearse maneuvers that allow us to be safe at all times.

- Become aware of the need to take care of the environment. We will provide you with the necessary material approved by the CEE and the UIAA. We also have accident and civil liability insurance according to current legislation. We include video and report with photographs of your time at Aventura Girona.
