Would you like to learn safety techniques in the mountains? In this self-rescue course that we offer in Girona, you will learn everything necessary for safety in mountain disciplines such as canyoning, via ferrata, climbing or caving.

This is a 1-day course in which you will learn to use the material and perform necessary maneuvers, such as tying knots correctly. This is only one of the techniques that are necessary for an activity to be carried out safely, otherwise you could put your life in danger.

Once you have finished the course, you will be able to put into practice all these learned solutions, and you will know how to react to unforeseen situations in any mountain sport.

We will provide you with all the collective material during the course: ropes, harness, carabiners, etc. And an experienced specialized monitor will be in charge of teaching you, who will answer all your questions and make sure that the classes are as enjoyable as possible.

The best thing is that we will take photographs of you during the classes, which we will give you afterwards so that you can have them as a souvenir of the day when you learned everything necessary to save your life in risky situations.
