If you come to the Costa Brava to disconnect, at Sport Aventure you have an alternative that moves away from mass tourism to immerse yourself in nature. We are in an area where we have all the options to discover the sea and mountains, between the towns of Palamós, Platja d'Aro and Sant Feliu.
Throughout the year, our proposals will be adapted. For example, from June to September we will focus on walking routes and via ferrata while in the intermediate seasons, autumn and spring, the time is right for mountain biking excursions with a hotel stay:
- Vias ferratas: your decision should start with the type of group you are since we work on one that is very easy and another, Cala del Moli, which is more complicated but beautiful because it is on the coast.
- Half-day excursions: we can access Sant Baldiri or do the Prehistoric Trail from Piedra Alta. We will end, among other points, at the Menhir de Can Llaurados. Any of them have a medium difficulty to complete.
- BTT with or without overnight stay: come for a single day or book our accommodation with spa. Every day we will go pedaling and relax our muscles among the therapeutic waters.
Summary Mountain Biking
At Sport Aventure Costa Brava we enjoy mountain biking as much as the landscapes of this part of the peninsula's coastline, which is why we want to share them with you. We do it with different possibilities focused on you being able to spend the time you have with us with:
- Single-day excursions: we will do them with at least 2 participants and in them we will go to the areas of Sant Grau or Solius. In them you can bring your own bike, knowing that mountain bike fans usually opt for their own and their own customization. However, if you do not want or can carry it on your trip, we include it for rent, with 29 or 27 and a half inch wheels.
- Complete stays with mountain biking as the protagonist: a short vacation in which we will dedicate several hours of each day to visiting the main towns in the area. We stayed full board in a 3-star hotel that has a spa that you can access as much as you want. We also give you a massage in the same center.
For one-week packages, the first day is set for a Sunday after 2 p.m., and we finish on Saturday, always before 12 p.m. Furthermore, on Friday, as it is the last day, we will share a paella for everyone, surely accompanied by a good conversation about what you have experienced.

With Sport Aventure Costa Brava, you can complete the vacation you have planned in Girona with our activities in which we seek to highlight the wonderful natural aspects that the province has.
Forests and beaches converge between the towns in the area, something that is also much better appreciated from the tens of meters of height that we achieved when we climbed onto one of the via ferratas that are installed here.
In this type of sport we are going to follow a path through the rock, even going from one mountain to another. We will be helped by elements that would surely go unnoticed if you did not come with that objective, such as metal stairs in the rock or bridges made with metal cables. This way the ascent will be easy. Even so, we will ask you if you have a level before choosing between:
- The Gorges de Salenys ferrata: as it is the easiest, you can come as a family. It stands out for going into the trees and passing over the stretches of water left by the river.
- Cala del Moli: it is true that its complexity increases but if you are prepared it is worth it because it is located right above the sea. We will tour the coastline with views that cannot be obtained from the ground.
