Introduction to VIP piloting in a two-seater paraglider in Accous, 30 min

Departing from our Accous school in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, the Piloting Initiation flight brings everything together: a briefing on the ground followed by thirty minutes of two-seater paragliding above the Aspe valley, during which you will take the controls before an acrobatics session. This flight is open to ages 10 and up and accessible to all from a fitness point of view.

The meeting is set at the school ten minutes before your time slot, and a call the day before is enough to find out if the weather permits the flight to continue. On site, your instructor will give you a briefing on how a paraglider stays in the air and what happens in the glider when you operate the controls. After this briefing, you will ride the truck together to the take-off site.

In flight, the controls will be in your hands and you will make turns and brakes yourself by feeling the glider respond. Sitting just behind you, the state-certified instructor remains the pilot of the two-seater and tells you what to do and when. Photos and video are also included and the landing takes place near the school.

We have been training pilots since 1986, and if you ever want to fly alone, the next step will be our five-day introductory course. The first two days take place on a school slope with a 60 meter difference in altitude, before at least four large flights of 800 meters guided on the radio by two instructors.
