You will have a little training at the beginning and the instructor will be able to give you some demonstrations so that you can master your raft quickly.
You will sail on the Nive, a river very famous for the plurality of these waterfallsandwatercourses. It is separated into two sections, one accessible to all with calm water and very few obstacles. The other section is the stormy waters and the large waterfalls which make this excursion more difficult, but still fun and full of sensation.
