Junior SUP Lesson in Ballina for 1.5h

For 90 minutes, we are inviting juniors to explore the beautiful Ballina in Co. Mayo at The Quay, where the scenic views are endless, and so is the opportunity for adventure, especially under the guidance of one of our experienced instructors.

Our passionate team are ASI/ISA-qualified instructors with several safety certifications, so they can teach paddlers of all standards and give them a strong skill set, meaning beginners are welcome to get their first taste of SUP and all the joy it can bring.

There aren't many better routes for paddle boarding in Ireland than The Atlantic Way, and The Quay are its last discovery point in Mayo, so this is a must-try lesson if you love taking in natural surroundings and unleashing your adventurous side, which all kids have lying within them ready to burst out at any opportunity and this lesson is an excellent exercise for burning off that energy.

We will provide all the necessary SUP equipment, such as the paddle board, paddle, buoyancy aid and wetsuit.

Please note that while this price is only available to juniors, we have an alternative option for adults.
