The class began with a warm-up, necessary to take on the activity, explaining the basic notions of rowing and proper use of the material. He taught us the positions and the mess. A super fun, entertaining and dynamic activity. 100% recommended."

"We are delighted with our experience with Laurent and the discovery of the paddle. The weather conditions were perfect. We were able to introduce ourselves to the paddle without even falling into the water. Safety as well as the equipment was completely suitable and Laurent accompanied us with his kindness and professionalism we even had the right to a small photo report that sent us the same afternoon. I highly recommend this activity."
