SUP is the ultimate distraction from life's stresses, and not only is it a fun way to exercise your core muscles, but it's a unique way to tour sights from a special perspective you can't get from land, and there is plenty for you to see along the waterways of Abingdon from Hales Meadow which makes this paddleboard tour so special.
If you have no experience with paddle boarding, don't worry, as our qualified instructors will be on hand to guide you through the stunning Oxfordshire countryside before we head to Nag's head for a light refreshment to reward you for all your hard work paddling through Abingdon.
While you don't need any experience to enjoy this immersive two-hour tour perfect for family outings and group events, each participant must be at least ten and all under 18's must be able to swim unaided for 50m and have an adult accompanying them.
From a safety briefing to expert instructions, we do everything to accommodate and cater for our customers; we even supply all the necessary equipment, including a paddle board, paddle and buoyancy aids. There will also be wetsuits available for hire at an additional cost.
Wear weather-specific clothes and bring a spare change of clothes, some suncream and water to hydrate.
