With expert insight and advice, you will learn so much and build confidence throughout this lesson, which will last one hour.

As your skills and belief progress, you will feel more freedom on the water, but your instructor will always supervise you from the safety boat to ensure you feel comfortable and secure for the duration.

From our container on the beautiful Seaford Beach, we offer all the necessary equipment for this lesson which consists of a board, paddle and buoyancy aid.
