Having stand-up paddleboarding is never a bad idea. It requires minimal training and experience, enabling anyone to give it a try. It's also a great alternative to get physical activity and relax for a moment.

You can enjoy our 2-hour SUP trip and explore unseen areas around the Exe Estuary. You'll find spots that are only accessible by paddling. Our expeditions are ideal for individuals, groups and families. Under the guidance of a professional local guide, you'll start your session with a quick safety briefing. We will also go over the basics of SUP to warm up and get you confident.

Our staff will supply the equipment, including buoyancy aid, wetsuit, paddles and boards. You must bring spare clothing, food and drinks. Your local instructor will take you through rock hopping, coves and caves. The area has plenty of wildlife, so expect some visitors during your trip.

We usually explore around Exe Estuary, but we have other routes from Budleigh Salterton towards Ladram Bay and vice versa. It will depend on the tide, weather conditions and your preferences. Our sessions are suitable for children and adults, however, we have a discounted prices for your little ones.
