There is no better way to navigate this Canal at Llangollen than paddleboarding. If you feel like doing something unique and exciting while practising SUP, this is your opportunity.

This activity will go for half-day, a time full of adventure and the perfect opportunity to get better and enjoy standing paddleboarding. Be confident that in every paddle along the way, you will be guided by one of our crew members; they are well qualified and waiting to meet you and make sure your time with us is a good one.

Our Canal SUP Tour includes going across the Chirk Aqueduct and Tunnel, following 3 phases:
1. Warm-up and get your confidence up at the canal above the Chirk Tunnel
2. Travel through the Tunnel
3. Go for a great paddle at the Chirk Aqueduct alongside the canal.
Talking about equipment, we will provide the wetsuit (if we have warm weather, we usually don't need a wetsuit), Buoyancy aid, helmet, cag, paddle, and board in case you need it. Please bring with you shoes that will get wet, extra clothes since you might get wet.

For everyone to enjoy the experience, we recommend that if you come with kids who are at least eight years old, contact us for more details and permissions. We are also pet-friendly (make sure to request upon time and that your dog is water confident).

A half-day tour is a good opportunity to go back to your routine feeling the satisfaction of an experience that boosted your standing paddleboarding skills while having a great moment at Llangollen waters. Know that from the very beginning, the tour guide is very prepared to teach you some techniques if you need or want to get better. Also, the staff will be doing their tour leader part, narrating to you what you will see around, and their full involvement will make you enjoy it even more.

This Canal SUP Tour includes going through the Chirk Aqueduct and Tunnel, going first across the canal above the Chirk Tunnel, and following that, you will start your journey through the Tunnel. Finally, you will set forth on a paddle in both the Chirk Aqueduct and Canal. We do also believe that in such a fun activity, a full-day session shared with friends or family has never sounded better (we encourage you to join us with kids at least eight years old. Please contact us to let us know, make the proper arrangements about permissions and some other important stuff to have in mind) at the end, we want everyone to enjoy a safe trip.

Since we love nature, please let us know if you would like to come to this experience with your dog being confident in water (let us know ahead of time to fulfil your request), we would be more than happy to see that. About equipment, we will supply buoyancy aid, wetsuits (with warm weather, we might not need them), helmets, cag, paddle, and board if you need one. Children under 12 years must have adult company.
