t's time to get off the ground and reach exciting new heights; join our Half Day Rock Climbing & Abseiling session at Dee Valley only a few miles from our base in Llangollen, North Wales.

Beginners and experienced climbers over seven are invited to engage in an exciting three hours of climbing and abseiling. As time goes by, your confidence and skills will grow as you begin this expedition with some low-level climbing in the form of bouldering at the cliffs of Dee Valley to provide a grasp of rock climbing and an understanding of how to manoeuvre the rocks and equipment.

This preparation, as well as the safety briefing from our experienced instructors, helps create a safer and more comfortable climbing environment. The techniques we teach will make this session fun but very worthwhile for any level. The more experience you have, the more challenging routes we will take on, but every session is tailored to your level, so you have the best experience.

Conquer any fears and use the skills you gain to climb to the top of limestone cliffs and reap the rewards. When you reach the summit, you will experience the breathtaking views of the Dee Valley, including the picturesque Berwyn Hills. After experiencing a great sense of triumph, you will learn even more new skills as we guide you into an abseil down the cliff face, completing this adventure with some belaying to help you safely land back on the ground.

We aim for you to gain as much climbing experience as possible during this session to equip you with the skills to keep climbing into the future. As the session progresses, we will tackle more challenging climbs, but the feeling of completing each climb will be more rewarding. This North Wales location offers unique views from a height that will take your breath away and leave you feeling grateful for the experience.

We ensure a fulfilling day out with the informative instructions of our experienced instructors to be heard throughout. Before the thrills begin, we equip you with all the safety gear you need and a safety briefing so that you feel comfortable while ascending the Clwyd Limestone Crags. To have the fun experience we promise, you must be ready to learn the techniques we teach and listen to our instructions throughout the day, whether climbing to reach the spectacular views or abseiling down the rocky cliffs and belaying to get to the grounds below.
