Tips if you are going to do Paddle Boarding in Italy

If we told you that you can have an unforgettable experience with a board and a paddle, would you believe us? Give paddle surfing a try and see for yourself. Although this sport seems simple, it requires balance and focus. Try this activity with your friends and see who can stay longer on the board!

1. For the whole family



One of the advantages of this activity is that it can be enjoyed with the entire family! For a lovely day outdoors or to add some adventure to your vacation with your near and dear ones, choose paddle surfing! You can involve family members of all ages, including children too.

2. You don't have to be a great athlete



As mentioned before, this sport requires intense focus and the ability to balance. Here, fitness takes a back seat. To become a professional, you will need training, but for beginners in this sport, we assure you that your training level is not a hindrance. When your body is in motion due to the paddling, and the tension of the body to avoid falling, you put your muscles to use and burn calories in the process.

3. Sea and lake



Whether you are planning a relaxing trip to the heart of Trentino, or wish to visit the picturesque shores of Puglia for a fun weekend of partying, we encourage you to take a paddle surfing session - both at the beach and the mountains! You can choose to paddle at the lake or the sea! If you wish for some relaxing paddling, the lake is the best option. However, if you are craving some adventure and wish to ride the waves, the slightly choppy sea will give you a good dose of adrenaline.

4. Finally relax



When you are in the water with your paddle and the silence surrounding you, leave all stress aside and enjoy the serene atmosphere. Abandon all worry once you are in the water and surrender yourself to nature. Listen to the sound of the waves, feel the gentle breeze that caresses your skin, and smell the sea. You will be able to recharge your batteries and return to face the day with the utmost energy and determination!

5. Face to face with nature



Paddle Surf allows you to experience nature at 360-degrees, with the most unbelievable view all around you. With your paddleboard, you can move along the coast at your pace and discover all those places that cannot be reached from the ground, thus enjoying small glimpses of nature that are untouched.

Obviously, like most water sports, the most popular season to try paddle surfing is in summer. If you want to try this sport in July and August, we recommend booking your slot in advance. For those who do not mind the cold, you can paddle surf anytime throughout the year, as long as the weather conditions are right! We advise you to evaluate your paddle surfing level before making any reservations. You can choose a lesson with a qualified instructor to help you if you are a beginner. If you have had more practice, you can rent the equipment and immerse yourself in the adventure.
