We offer you a magnificent experience on the shores of Lake Garda, come and practice yoga with us on the paddle surf boards during a now full of peace.
Treat yourself to a relaxing day in the waters of the largest body of water in Italy, live the moment by immersing yourself in the beauty of the place and let yourself be freed from all the weight of everyday life.
Concentrate on maintaining your balance, exercise your strength and flexibility with the aim of deeply perceiving the environment around you. You will be together with a small group of a minimum of 4 participants, who like you are looking for an intimate connection with the place and withthemselves.
From May to September you can come to our facility in Brescia where we will welcome you to give life to the experience on Lake Garda. The experience will be performed during sunset, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. One of our instructors will be waiting for you 15 minutes before the start of the activity, we ask for absolute punctuality.
Every Wednesday and Saturday evening you can give life to this experience on the shores of Garda which will end with a general overview not to be missed. You will only be able to take part in the activity if you are at least 14 years old and in good physical condition, even if it is not a difficult activity.
