In this proposal we offer a SUP course lasting 6 hours divided into 4 days, to be carried out at our center which is located in the Soverato area in the province of Catanzaro, to learn the basic techniques and main notions of this fantastic and exciting sport. You will be followed by a specialized and recognized ISA instructor who, thanks to the experience acquired over years and years of practice, will advise you on all the steps to follow to have a rapid development of your technique. They will follow you step by step during all the theoretical lessons with practical support, with the help of a dedicated boat, through which you will have support at sea available in any situation.
The price of the course obviously includes all the equipment needed to carry out the activity in complete safety, including the board, the paddle, the leash and if the courses take place in winter we will provide Wetsuit and shoes are also available to offer you a complete package from every point of view.
