If you also want to try paddle surfing, we recommend taking part in one of the excursions organized in Cagliari. It is a real "walk" on the water in a group lasting three hours. Before setting off to the sea there will be a short introductory briefing, in which the main rules of this new sport will be explained to you and the instructors will show you how to maintain balance on the board. We will all start together from the Poetto beach and set off from there. The groups usually consist of a few participants, a maximum of six people, to facilitate movement from one place to the other.
The SUP will allow you totrain your balance and put your physical skills into play, plus it will be super fun to take part in the group excursion, you will be able to meet new friends who share your same passions with you. You can admire the evocative landscape of Cagliari, the Sella del Diavolo and reach the beaches of Calamosca and Cala Fighera.
