From UR Pirineos Murillo Canoas we offer the possibility of practicing this sport accompanied by whoever you want along the lower part of the Galician River. This experience is aimed at all levels of experience. We propose:

• Swamp Canoe Level I: for people, from 8 years of age, who want to start this fun activity in calmer waters such as those of the Peña Swamp or Murillo Beach. It will last two hours and can be done from May to October.
• River Canoe Level II: if you have already practiced this activity and want to have an even better time, you can try this activity suitable for people over 12 years old, which lasts two and a half hours. We will visit the Santa Eulalia Bridge, or the Quarry if there is little flow in the previous one. Available from May to October.
• Canoraft Level III: also called double rafting. This exciting activity will take place at the Carcavilla Headquarters. It will be for people over 16 years old who have previous experience.

We provide you with the canoe or canoraft, a life jacket, helmet, paddles and wetsuit. The requirement for these activities, apart from age, is knowing how to swim. Don't forget to bring sports shoes, a swimsuit, spare clothes and what you need for the shower.

We include internal transportation, a qualified guide and individual first aid insurance.

Kayaking is a different way to discover places of extreme beauty, to feel and experience the white waters and to surpass oneself and that is why UR Pirineos Murillo makes it possible. We offer you a kayak tour through the lower part of the Gállego or a canoe tour through the upper part.

It is a fun and exciting activity, it requires technique and a lot of coordination to pass the rapids. It is proposed as a course to have the best contact with kayaking. The instructor will teach you and give you the necessary instructions to be able to practice this sport safely.

Depending on each level, we offer two different routes:

• Level II: We will leave the Cacavillas plant and reach Murillo. The duration will be 2 hours and we will travel 7 km. You have to be over 16 years old to do it.

• Level III: We will leave the La Peña reservoir dam and reach Murillo. It will take 3 hours and we will travel 10 km. You can only practice it if you are at least 16 years old.

The material is included, UR Pirineos Murillo provides you with the boat, life jacket, helmet, paddle and wetsuit. We also take care of internal transportation and insurance. You just have to bring your swimsuit and want to have a good time. It is essential that you know how to swim.

Canyoning is a sport that can be practiced by practically all types of people, the only thing necessary is not to have vertigo and know how to swim. Using different techniques, a descent is made from the headwaters of the rivers. You will have to rappel, walk, jump into pools, slide down slides, etc. while you have fun and enjoy nature.

It is not necessary to have previous experience, since the area has a wide variety of ravines, and as each ravine is unique we can offer excursions, minimum groups of 4 people, at different levels:

• Family Level: from 8 years old it takes place in Arandari, Gorgol, 1/2 Formiga.
• Initiation level: from 14 years old, in the Sierra de Guara or the Pyrenees.
• Expert Level: from 16 years old, in La Pazosa, Mascún...

We take care of providing you with all the necessary material, both individual (neoprene, harness and helmet) and group, and we put at your disposal a qualified guide to assist you at all times. This sport will make you enjoy a unique experience with your friends or family that will encourage fun and teamwork. You will have a great time, you will laugh, you will feel the adrenaline in an adventure in which you will descend through the rapids to the rhythm of the waves. Our rafts are totally safe and resistant and guided by a professional guide. You will never forget this day.

If you haven't practiced it, don't worry. We offer you different levels so you can choose the one that best suits your ideals:

• Rafting Level I, for families, with a seven-kilometer stretch that goes from Murillo to Puente de Santa Eulalia. A duration of two and a half hours with some grade II rapids. The experience is for any individual over 8 years old.
• Rafting Level II, ideal for adult beginners, eight kilometers from Central de Carcavilla to Murillo - 7 kilometers with grade III-IV rapids. Two hours long. Minimum age of 12 years.
• Family rafting: same section as the previous one but with a minimum age of 8 years where children will walk the Embudo pass.
• Level III Rafting: for people over 16 years old in a more exciting rafting in which we will go from the La Peña Reservoir Dam to Murillo - 10 kilometers with rapids grade III-IV. Three hours long.

The activities will be carried out in the period between March and October. For greater accuracy you can contact us. It will be necessary to bring sports shoes, a swimsuit, sun protection, spare clothes and shower accessories.

With UR Pirineos Murillo Hidrospeedyou can now enjoy an experience that involves the most direct contact there can be with the water: hydrospeed.

Our clients will have a specially designed neoprene suit, a hydrosled and fins to navigate the white waters of the Gallego River. We will launch ourselves through the rapids of the La Peña Pantano Dam in the direction of Barandilla, or we will swim from Tirolina to Barandilla. We will spend up to 2 hours in the water within an activity of around 3 hours with prior preparation.

The difficulty of the climbs is level II, which allows the participation of both adults and children from 12 years of age.
