The battle system that we offer you is that of a guerrilla, since we have several locations located in the province of Salamanca that are ideal for putting this fun modality into practice.

-Vegetable garden. This small town located on the banks of the Tormes River provides varied hiding places and a very pleasant temperature for practicing Paintball.

-Ledesma. Its altitude above sea level and its powerful granite structures make it a perfect battle scene.

-Sierra de Béjar. This mountainous point of the Central System is a must-see place for competitors, since its large area is covered with both forest and rocks.

-Sierra de France. Like the Sierra de Béjar, this beautiful place has mountains covered with forests and valleys crossed by rivers, ideal for a good Paintball battle.

Our game judges will act as monitors during the game and will be in charge of ensuring the safety of the players. In addition, they are also responsible for checking that all the equipment, both the compressed air semi-automatic and the face and body protection, is in perfect condition.

From Outdoor Activo Canyoning we offer you to enjoy the adventure in its purest form through this sport that consists of descending the rocks following the flow of a river.

Due to their great beauty and the fact that we can descend through them throughout the year, we have chosen a series of ravines to carry out this practice:

-Trampal, Laguna del Duque and Nava del Barco, all located in the Sierra de Gredos.

-Papuos, which can be found in the Jerte Valley.

The duration of the route you choose can be between half a day and a full day and at all times you will be accompanied by our specialists. They will be responsible for ensuring that the descent occurs in a controlled and safe manner. In addition, we have private medical assistance and civil liability insurance.

It is necessary that you bring your own footwear, one that can adapt to the terrain, as well as a spare change of clothes and enough food and drink to be able to face the entire day with energy.

A group of at least 6 people is required and must have their own means of transportation to the chosen area. If you do not reach the minimum group, we will join you with other participants.

We, on the other hand, will equip you with a harness and ropes, essential materials to be able to practice this sport, and we will put our instructors at your disposal, who will help you install the equipment and give you advice on how the process will go, before and after. of bungee jumping.

Likewise, we have civil liability insurance as well as our own doctor, who will also supervise the jump, as well as everything that happens before and after it.

In each of these locations the modalities of Rappel, Zip Line and Traditional Climbing can be carried out. For the first two, a group of at least 4 people is required and for the last, at least 2 people are necessary.

With Outdoor Activo BTT we give you the opportunity to travel at full speed through the impressive natural extensions of Ledesma, Candelario and Sierra de Francia mounted on an off-road bicycle. p>

You can take the route you prefer in a personalized way at any time of the year and always under the supervision of our instructors, who have extensive experience in handling these bicycles as well as an unbeatable knowledge of the environment. You will also have specialized medical attention in case you need assistance at any time.

The duration of these routes is 2 hours each and to do them, you must be a group of at least 6 people. If you do not reach the minimum number of people necessary, we will take care of matching you with another group of participants.

From here, apart from the off-road bicycle checked and tuned, we also give you a safety helmet and a map of the area, so that you have specific information about how to get around these natural places.

Outdoor Active Canoeing brings you closer to practicing this sport so that you can enjoy a quiet walk through the waters of such emblematic rivers as the Duero, the Tormes, the Alagón and the Agueda. What are you waiting for?

You will enjoy this activity for a period of time to choose between 1 or 2 hours at any time of the year, and without the need to have previous experience in this sport. However, our professionals will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the route to be taken or the material you will be equipped with.

You just need to bring a towel and the clothes you need as a spare and we will provide everything else:

-A single or double canoe with the ability to be self-emptying.

With Outdoor Activo you can do rafting descents near Salamanca. The whitewater activities that we prepare are suitable for both adults and minors who have reached the age of 14.

For this we will choose the seasons from January to the month of June and between the months of September and November. The conditions are set by the water level of the rivers, which is why the dates are not fixed. When the channel is at its maximum is when we will get the most out of the inflatable boats we carry.

Normally we will go on rafts that have 8 seats. In some cases we use canoes that do not sink for one or two people. We will go to the Tormes River where we give you these options:

- 90-minute rafting descent: we will follow the section of the river from Aliseda to Bohoyo that belongs to Barco de Ávila.

- 150-minute white water rafting: we will do a longer route that reaches Hermosillo.

It is essential that all the people who are going to get on the raft know how to swim, although we will lend you a life jacket along with the company's helmets and wetsuits.
