What begins as a narrow river with whitewater ends in a quiet backwater where the cliffs of Herguijuela and Martiago arise, considered places of natural interest for their spectacular nature.

The activity lasts approximately 2 and a half hours, from the moment you get equipped until you leave the facilities.

Before starting, a theoretical-practical course will be taught where you will learn how to handle the material and the basic safety rules will be explained.

Remember that at all times you must wear the protective mask and you must also take care of all your equipment from start to finish.

The company will provide you with the rest of the material: overalls, overalls, gloves, neck protector, protective mask and a marker with semi-automatic operation.

You just have to bring comfortable clothes, some sports shoes or mountain boots and, if you want, some gloves of your size.

In our activity center you will find everything you need to practice this sport with all the guarantees of quality and safety:
