The student must receive some basic notions about the management and safety of the activity. You will always be accompanied by our company's professional guides. Once all this has been done, the student is ready to begin.

In the rivers we work you can make quick descents, turn in currents and you will also have moments of calm where you can enjoy the landscape of the area.

We have also thought about the little ones in the house and we have created an exclusive activity for them, children's rafting the only requirements we demand are that they be over 7 years old and under 12, and that they know how to swim and want to have a good time.

Logically, the route is of low difficulty, with few obstacles and completely safe, these courses are ideal for birthdays, extracurricular activities, etc.

All these activities can only be carried out in a short season of the year exclusively when the rivers have sufficient flow and the weather conditions are favorable.

At Arrepoins Kayak we are fortunate to offer kayak classes, a very complete and fun modality. Located in Pontevedra we have perfect rivers for the development of this activity.

On board our wonderful kayaks you can give the boat different uses: practicing descents, track, sea crossings, whitewater and endless other possibilities.

You will be able to sail the Miño and Tea rivers aboard our kayaks. The student will be supervised at all times by a series of monitors and instructors who will ensure their safety.

The school makes available to the client all the material that they will need to carry out the activity correctly, as well as we have civil liability insurance and accident insurance to cover any problem that may arise.

At Arrepoins we are experts in this type of activities and we guarantee that you will have a great time. We have a lot of experience behind us.

We have a boat rental service for those who want to make their own separate excursion.

We also have kayaks to navigate the sea, this activity is for people looking for a more relaxed and calm sport. The departures will take place at the mouth of the Ría de Vigo.

At Arrepions we are a company dedicated to the world of water and adventure sports and among all these activities we want to offer you hydrospeed, a modality not suitable for the faint of heart.

For those who do not know this sport, hydrospeed is about descending whitewater on a small aquatic board created especially for the occasion, also equipped with a helmet, a neoprene suit and fins. Quite high speeds are reached so we can say that fun is guaranteed.

The student must take a small theoretical class before practicing the activity since some prior knowledge is needed to be able to use the equipment. At all times the student will be supervised by a team of instructors who will ensure the safety of each and every one of the participants.

The rivers in which the activity is usually carried out are: the Tea River and the Miño River.

The material to be used and the equipment that the participant must carry, the transfers to the rivers, and the use of the facilities are provided by us.
We have accident insurance and also civil liability insurance.

At Arrepions Barranquismo we offer you the opportunity to practice canyoning in Galicia. Our company has more than 25 years of experience doing this sport.

The orography of the area makes the experience unforgettable, the white waters, the rope descent and all the numerous difficulties that occur along the route make this modality not for beginners but for adventurers.

Students are supervised at all times by our instructors who have extensive experience and know the activity areas perfectly. You will learn to use the ropes as well as control your body and adapt to any situation on the course.

Participants will also be equipped with neoprene suits, helmets and harness for the entire duration of the activity.

At Arrepions Canyoning we offer three tours for different levels of user experience:

• Regato de Luneda, tributary of the Deva River: it is our route for beginners who want to start canyoning since it is an easy route to do.

• Regato da Cal, a tributary of the Tamuxe River, and the Cerves River Canyon: these are the two routes that require prior experience from the student since they consist of complex routes and are slightly more difficult.
