Perhaps the canoeing activity that we propose is not the most exciting in the world since we do it in calm waters, but even so we are sure to ensure that you have a good time and do not stop laughing throughout the activity.

To be able to ride the canoes we will go to thePantano del Tranco. This place is located in the heart of the Cazorla mountains so you can enjoy its landscapes from your boat. The canoeing day has two phases:

• Initiation class: we will give you instructions on how to use the oars and how to make turns in the swamp. If you already know how to ride a canoe, we can skip this part and enjoy sailing a little more.
  
• Canoe ride: we will cross the swamp looking for Bujaraiza. This place is a sunken town that hides a large number of legends that our guides will tell you so that you fall in love with the place.

With these activities you will surely get passionate about canoeing. You can repeat as many times as you want and if you are looking for something more complete we will offer you a stay in our best facilities.

The walking routes are incredible if they are done in a landscape full of beauty. With Alma Gaia you can reach the most special points of the Sierra de Cazorla and discover why its Natural Park is one of the most visited.

The excursions are easy if you are used to walking. If you are more sedentary it may be a little harder for you to pick up the pace. Thinking about both possibilities, we have prepared routes of different durations:

• Half-day: We will go to closer places and try to make the paths suitable for any type of person. It is a perfect option for those less accustomed to sports to enjoy walking in the middle of nature.
  
• Full day: you will go on foot until you reach the most picturesque places. Although we will give you food, we recommend that you also bring water and something to snack so you don't run out of strength.

Walking along the different paths that we will propose, you will feel how your lungs are filled with the purest and cleanest air. If you are from the city, you will surely enjoy spending a day away from pollution and relaxing under the bluest sky.

We love the mountains and we are always looking for ways to enjoy them with the most varied activities. Climbing on walls and stones is something we always have a good experience with that we want you to be part of.

As they are natural walls, you will have to have great mental agility to be able to look for the holes to put your foot in. You will also have to find the most suitable ledges to hold on to and continue ascending until the end of the complete wall.

We have placed ropes and routes throughout the Sierra de Cazorla so in addition to a great day practicing sports, you will enjoy impressive views.

Although it may seem difficult, don't worry because this activity is designed for those who do not have experience. To become a professional it is necessary to have good power in your arms and legs, but for what we have prepared we will only ask you to really want to reach the top and exceed your limits.

The best cyclists shouldn't settle for just beginner routes. From Alma Gaia we will propose the best routes in two different ways:

• Guided routes: we take you around the area of Arroyo Frío. We will also reach areas near Burunchel and dozens of other places that are in the vicinity of the Sierra de Cazorla.
  
• Free routes: you can rent a bicycle and go wherever you want. We have also designed ski lift services to take you to the top of the mountains and make the descent faster and more exciting.

Both in the guided tours and in the ones you will do on your own, you must have a good level of mountain biking. Another requirement is to be a minimum of two people for these activities and, of course, always wear the helmet on your head.

Crossing the forests and flying down the mountains is something you can do with Alma Gaia. We take you to one of the highest points of theSierra de Cazorla where we have a tower ready with the best zip line waiting for you to go down it.

The length of the zip line is 20 meters placed at a great height. When you jump, a great sensation and an adrenaline rush of an intensity like you have never experienced will take over you.

To go down the zip line you will not need to be an expert in adventure sports and have tried several of them before, you will not even have to have previous experience in going down these types of ropes before coming to see us. The only thing you have to have is a lot of desire to take a powerful jump and go down the zip line at great speed.

This sport will give you a great feeling but if you want more, don't be afraid because we have many more activities throughout the Sierra de Cazorla.

Risky activities are the most fun and exciting to practice. If you want to do something that gets your adrenaline pumping, you can practice rappelling on a large number of walls throughout the Sierra de Cazorla area.

It is very easy to do the rappelling jumps so we will not ask you for previous experience. We will climb to the top of the wall, we will put on the harness and little by little you will have to jump until we reach solid ground again.

Some walls are simpler than others, so we will choose the most complicated ones as you specialize. If you have practiced rappelling before, you will love doing it again in our mountains since they are among the highest and you will make big jumps to cover enormous distances.

If you have decided and want to come rappelling, we recommend that you look for comfortable clothing that allows you to move around the wall agilely. Non-slip footwear will also be of great help since the feet will be the main point of momentum in this activity.
