Our experienced instructors will assist you by providing a safety briefing and the necessary equipment (buoyancy aid, board, and paddle). Once you're ready, you will have the chance to explore the waters and witness the beautiful area!
This session is open to everyone willing to do SUP. However, if you want to go over the basics, we recommend you to check out our other offer of having a SUP taster lesson!
Additionally, please find below the restrictions to be considered:
- This session is for 8 years old or older. On the water, children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at least 14 years old.
- Children aged 5 to 12 or those under 135cm can paddleboard with an adult for no extra charge. The maximum combined user weight must only be up to 150 kg.
- All youngsters under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult on-site.
- Each participant must be physically capable of swimming and in good health.
- Two adults cannot be on the same paddleboard.
We also advise you to arrive 15 minutes before your booking schedule and to please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
