We run our SUP lessons in Runswick Bay. However, we can run our courses at different locations within North Yorkshire. This is completely suitable for beginners, but feel free to join us if you want to refresh and sharpen your paddleboarding abilities.
Our introduction sessions are 2.5 hours most of the time. We recommend saving three hours to enjoy yourself without a hurry. We will open your session with a safety briefing. You'll be under the guidance of a professional instructor who will aim to teach you every aspect of stand-up paddleboarding. We also provide all the equipment!
We run our paddleboarding courses during the holiday and summertime. It's the perfect activity to keep yourself in action while discovering a new hobby. You won't be disappointed!
