Join us in our Junior SUP Beginner Session in Teddington! They will have 2 hours to learn and acquire new abilities! All paddlers, from novices to experts, are welcome. We guarantee that everyone who attends one of our courses will improve their skills and have a blast!
Stand-up paddleboarding enhances balance as paddlers have to stand up straight on the board, and it also strengthens the legs and core. This sport will allow kids and teens to improve their concentration and coordination in daily tasks.
The following crucial SUP topics will be covered: SUP equipment, navigation on the river and safety.
Before the activity, one of our skilled and friendly instructors will provide a safety briefing and the essential equipment for groups and participants of up to six paddlers. Everyone must be 14 years old and above to join and under-18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on the water.

We welcome you to our SUP Beginner Session in Teddington! You will have 2 hours to enjoy this activity and learn how to stand-up paddleboard alone. We welcome paddlers of all skill levels, from beginners to experts. We promise everyone will gain more knowledge and have a fantastic time during our courses!
Groups and participants of up to six paddlers can all benefit from the stand-up paddleboard instruction and equipment from one of our knowledgeable and friendly instructors. You must be at least 18 years old to book this price.
The session will include an introduction to SUP equipment, safety and river navigation principles and SUP techniques. You'll be on your feet and cruising by the end!
