The hiring of our paddling equipment is open to those 12 and over. Also, adults must accompany all under 18s. You can book a more extended session if you prefer, as we have other price options and single boards if you want a solo adventure.

Your session starts with a quick yet-detailed safety briefing, where we will discuss the essential techniques to paddle in sync. We provide a 15ft Tandem Board, paddles and buoyancy aid. You'll be paddling for approximately three hours.

We suggest you bring spare clothing, a towel, a valid ID, sunscreen and footwear you don't mind getting wet. The minimum age to participate is 12 years old! However, people under 18 require adult supervision. We run our SUP session during the summer months!
