This price is for anglers with their own equipment. If you want advice on what to pack in your tackle box, feel free to ask us in advance. We can offer advice on the best tackle for the kind of fish you’d like to net.

We sail out of Portsmouth Harbour from our moorings in Premier Marina, Gosport, on an 11-metre sea cat. On board are comfortable seats, modern equipment and facilities.

We will visit a number of locations in the English Channel during the day. What we bring in will depend on the time of year. Cod is best in winter, spring brings pollock in great numbers and warmer waters are great for rays, bass, bream, plaice and more.

This trip includes tackle, meaning all the fishing equipment you need (rod, line, hooks, and more). You just need to come prepared to spend a whole day at sea.
