If you are at least 12 you are eligible for a joyous expedition along the River Hamble. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

You will have three hours to explore vast areas along the river, taking in the sights and enjoying the calmness of the river, which is only interrupted by the laughter of friends paddling together.

Taking you on your travels will be our premium paddle boards available for hire with a paddle, leash and a buoyancy aid to keep you safe should you lose any balance.

You will find it hard to find a river as beautiful and calm as The River Hamble across Hampshire; it is the aquatic jewel of the area due to its picturesque water views and the natural beauty of the surroundings. The calm conditions and atmosphere are perfect for a relaxing paddle-boarding experience.

As you absorb the beauty and embrace the fun of paddling, you may not realise the calories burning and muscles being tested, as paddle boarding is a unique way to get on the water and complete a full-body workout that touches almost every core muscle in the body.

Three hours gives you a lot of time to explore, and it may be tiring, so you can stop at the pub on your travels for some food and refreshments.
