This is the ideal session for beginners, so don't worry if you have never tried paddle boarding. One of our fully qualified instructors will brief you and prepare you for an exciting adventure in West Cork.
SUP is such a fantastic past time hobby and, for us, a passion, so we want to provide a session that will hook you as it did to us, meaning we will teach you a range of basic techniques so that you have the confidence and skill to keep your balance while manoeuvring the board through the water in future adventures.
