This is strictly a private one-on-one session, so you have the undivided attention of a qualified instructor. Before we get to the action, one of our qualified instructors will greet you at Sandy Lane car park before we get you equipped with all the necessary equipment and deliver a safety briefing to prepare you for the session thoroughly.

One piece of advice we have is to bring warm clothes and suitable footwear for during the session and for after a change of clothes, a towel and a spare pair of shoes.
