Junior Owl Experience (4-14yr) in Northwich 30min

Give your children a fantastic introduction to falconry in our unique junior owl experience in Northwich.

Most of our activities involved larger birds and are more suited to adults, but we wanted to make sure the children could join all the fun, so we have created a fun session for them to have a safer but wildly fun time with our birds.

Our owls are the most friendly and calm birds in our collection, making them perfect for a child's first encounter with such magnificent birds. While we are very safe, with a safety briefing to introduce the session and a glove for the owl to land on, fun and excitement are still a priority. Almost nothing is as special as a child interacting with a beautiful animal, especially a magical creature like an owl.

We generally use smaller barn owls with the kids to ease them into the activity and let your children handle and fly the owls from their gloves which is so entertaining and a magical experience. Sometimes, you might even see and hold one of our more giant owls in our collection, like the eagle owl.

An adult must accompany all children between 4 and 14 during this thirty-minute session, and we provide all the necessary equipment.
