Take the best part of Wales with you by having a Stand Up Paddle Boarding experience with your family or friends. It's a popular activity that everyone should enjoy regardless of age and ability level.

We run our SUP session at Beacons Reservoir. It's a beautiful spot near Pen-Y Fan mountain trail. It's located passing Merthyr Tydfil. It has 52 acres to enjoy a relaxing paddleboarding experience. You'll be under the supervision of a professional instructor, meaning you are welcome to come if this is your first time with SUP!

Our team will supply all the equipment, briefing and tuition. They will practise basic SUP techniques such as kneeling, standing and balancing on the board. Once you feel familiar, we'll go to play some fun games. Please allow four hours to enjoy yourself without a hurry. We promise it's a delightful experience!

The minimum age to participate is six years old. You can also have an exclusive session to celebrate your stag and hen party or birthday. We would love to arrange every detail for you!
