This hiking route will start from the plaza of San Carlos del Valle and we will get to know the surroundings of this town. For 3 or 4 hours, depending on the members, we will walk through the valley that comprises it, submerged between the Sierra del Cristo and the Sierra de los Bailones.

The guide will show you from the small mountains the authentic beauty of this place as well as contemplating the La Mancha plain and the Sierra de Cazorla visible on clear days.The route is a continuous climb towards the walls of the mountains that we will see at the beginning from the square. Once at the highest point of the mountain we will head towards the castle to begin the descent to the starting point.

Due to the duration and geography of the terrain through which we will carry out the excursion, it is essential to be in good physical condition and have endurance, because although the climbs are not very steep, it is a prolonged effort in which you may experience fatigue. We recommend bringing a piece of fruit and water to replenish energy along the way.

To avoid the central hours of the day, he will stay at 9 in the morning, which will allow us to be back before lunchtime.
