One of those Spanish towns that transports you to the essence of what the peninsula was like in Roman, Moorish and Christian times. Almagro preserves the essence of La Mancha through its historical buildings, monuments and traditional culture. We take you on a 2-hour guided tour through its streets and buildings.
The tour can be done daily, in the morning or afternoon. The guide who will accompany you will take you to know the Plaza Mayor, where he will take advantage of the surroundings to explain the origins of the town. You will learn the culture and history that the Order of Calatrava instilled and then continue with the visit.
The visit includes entry to the Corral de Comedias, the Municipal Theater and theChurch of San Agustín. Inside the latter you will find a mannerist decoration, an explosion of art. The visit will continue to the Palace of the Fúcares and the Convent of the Asunción de Calatrava.
Another of the buildings that we will visit will be the Lace Museum and the Contemporary Art Space. As you can see, we will not leave anything behind. We will show you Almagro from all its angles. Enjoy knowing the history!
